The Snyder County Housing Authority (SCHA) is accepting applications for rental assistance through its Housing Choice voucher Program. If you live or work in either Snyder or Union county, you qualify for a preference. Through a Shared Jurisdiction Agreement with the Housing Authority of Union County, Voucher holders are able to find suitable housing in either Snyder or Union Counties but remain administered through the SCHA. Our waiting list is very low, so apply now!
The SCHA is also accepting applications for SHADE VIEW APARTMENTS, in Middleburg, PA. We currently have vacancies for two- and three-bedroom sizes, based on family composition. Applications MUST BE PICKED UP at our office. They are available in the forms box located outside of our office at 106 Drake Court, Middleburg, PA 17842. Eligibility requirements are listed within this website.
